STARK COUNTY SHERIFF TO HAVE INCREASED TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT
Sheriff George T. Maier announces that the Stark County Sheriff’s Office will begin an enforcement period focusing on Speed, Impaired Driving and Restraint use. This enforcement period will be from OCTOBER 1, 2013 through OCTOBER 31, 2013. This will be an additional 28 hours of enforcement throughout Stark County.
The Stark County Sheriff’s Office will have increased enforcement and patrol
throughout Stark County during this period and strictly enforce the laws
concerning speed, impaired driving and restraint use.
The Stark County
Sheriff’s Office received a grant through the Ohio Department of Public Safety’s
Ohio Traffic Safety Office, which provides for the additional funding and allows
the Stark County Sheriff’s Office to participate in these programs.
